On Monday my team went out on the streets. We began our day by conversing with the locals and asking them questions about Scotland and the history... we performed our drama titled "everything," which touched more people than I expected. After the skit we were given the opportunity to speak to the spectators about the drama and any questions they had... I was able to talk to a girl who shared with me experiences in her life that I too had been through. It was a great opportunity for me to share with her my testimony on how God had changed my life... we planted a seed and watered another... ~Joyanne
Sunday during church, a group of us gathered around an older man named John to pray for him. He had heart problems, asthma, diabetes, and his wife was too sick to even attend church. After we have all prayed for him he told us that during the prayer he had a vision. In the vision he saw a clean, sharp knife that was cutting away the diseases he had. He believes that he is completely healed and when he goes home he will find that his wife is also completely healed. ~Matt
This morning our teens were performing the Drama outside of a Shopping Center in Glasgow, Scotland. All morning a young teen seemed to lurk around the teams desiring to know more about what was going on. After several hours of ministry and relationship building he revealed that he had tumors on his left leg and wanted to be prayed with. As the teams prayed for him he was healed and gave his life to the Lord. We learned that he wanted see his parents again, he revealed that he had been put into the foster care when he was nine and was living on the streets for last few years. He had been around the global partners outreaches before and then would disappear for months at a time. The Global partners and one of the Team Leaders Bill bought him a coat. The impact of that moment won’t be lost on him or our missionaries.
