TrueNorth Leadership Training Experience exists to provide Teen Mania’s Global Expeditions an opportunity to select the most qualified leadership candidates to serve on the mission field with us.

At the TrueNorth Leadership Training Experience, the Teen Mania’s Global Expeditions staff will have the opportunity to evaluate potential leadership candidates as they interact with them face-to-face in a variety of ways: Team-building activities, personal one-on-one interviews, small group discussions etc.
